Returns Made Easy at Focusworks
Our goal at Focusworks is complete customer satisfaction. We understand that returns are sometimes necessary, and we want to do everything in our power to simplify the return process.
If you need to return an item, please contact the Focusworks Customer Service Team to start the return process. Our team can be reached Monday through Friday from 7AM to 4PM. Please be sure to provide us with the order number and your contact information to help us expedite the return process.
Once an item has been accepted for return, our team will issue you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and can provide a shipping label, arrange for one of our team members to pick the item up, or arrange for you to return the item to one of our store locations.
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date that the order was placed.
If a product was damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong product, our Customer Service Team will help arrange the return of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will ship or deliver a replacement to you.
For all other returns, we can only issue a refund if the item is still in its sealed, original packaging and is in salable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Focusworks or for returning the item to one of our store locations. The refund will be issued when our Customer Service Team receives the item.
