Return/Exchange Process

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, please let us assist!

If you would like to return or exchange an item that was purchased from one of our retail stores, please reach out to any staff member at the store to start the process.

If you would like to return or exchange an item that was purchased online through FocusworksAZ.com, please reach out to our online customer service team via e-mail at BSCECOM@azifb.com or via phone at (480) 676-6600 to start the return process. 

All returns are subject to the Return/Exchange policy below.

Return/Exchange Policy

  • All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.  If you don’t have a copy of your receipt, please reach out to us – we may be able to assist.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Special Orders & Non-Stock Items

  • Returns or exchanges for special order items or products not regularly stocked will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee if approved.
  • Special Order items on FocusworksAZ.com are flagged with the Non-Returnable Icon: Image of red circle with a line through it
  • Please note that while we make every effort to allow for a return or exchange of a special item or products not regularly stocked, we may be unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
